| The Board of Directors of 1st Farm Credit Services is comprised of seventeen members. Fourteen members are clients who are elected by the Association’s voting stockholders. Two members are “outside directors” who are not clients and are elected by other directors. One member is an “appointed director” who is determined by the other directors. The Board of Directors meets regularly to set policy and business direction and to monitor and evaluate operations.

Clif is a Certified Public Accountant and served as the General Manager of the Illinois Agricultural Auditing Association for over 15 years. He owns and operates a cow/calf operation and grain farm in partnership with his son. He has served on the Board since 2005. |
