During a recent evaluation of client service and product
usage, 1st Farm Credit Services has decided to discontinue
our interactive voice response service through
1-800-444-FARM. As of September 30, calls placed to that
number will be routed by telephone number to the nearest 1st
Farm Credit Service branch office, where your business
requests, questions and comments will be handled personally
during normal business hours. The decision to no longer
offer this service was based on the very low number of users
of the system over the past 18 months.
As a client, you will be able to access account information
and make transfers and payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, through our internet based banking system at
www.usfarmcredit.com. Through online banking, you can view
your latest account information, transfer funds, make loan
payments, and much more.
We believe our online and personal touch provide a much more
comprehensive source of information than the phone access
system. In addition, we are working on the development of
more management options through our online banking service,
continuing to offer you the most current technology through
a service you can access anytime. |
