NORMAL, ILL. – Matt Shanks recently joined 1st
Farm Credit Services as a network administrator in the
central office in Normal.
A graduate of Eastern Illinois University
with a degree in industrial technology, Shanks will offer PC
and network support for 1st FCS team members.
"Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems are the
meat of my professional career," said Shanks.
Prior to coming to 1st FCS, Shanks worked as a
software support engineer for Sawtooth Technologies in
Northbrook. Then was a LAN support specialist for the
Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and the
Department of Internal Medicine in Springfield. He resides
in Springfield with his wife, Lacie.
