NORMAL – 1st Farm
Credit Services is pleased to welcome Jacob W. Chapman to
the appraiser team.
Chapman, an associate
appraiser, will help clients with appraisal needs and is
training to become a real estate appraiser. He has a degree
in Ag Business from Kansas State University. He is currently
located in the Normal Central Office.
The Seneca native was raised
on a grain and cattle farm and is a member of the American
Hereford Association and the Illinois Hereford Association.
1st
Farm Credit Services leads the industry in agriculture
loans, risk management products, and provides various
services such as crop insurance, loan and lease options, as
well as agricultural real estate appraisals. The cooperative
serves 42 counties in the northern half of Illinois through
its 20 local offices.
