Farm Credit Services of Illinois Names September Operating Loan Sales Leader
Champaign, Illinois, October 15, 2004 -- Farm Credit Services of Illinois Champaign Branch office has been honored with the Association’s “Greyhound” award for September. The award recognizes Rick Swearingen, RVP of Financial Services; Greg Peterson, ARVP of Financial Services; Frank Butler, VP of Financial Services; Bob Schimmel, VP of Financial Services; Bonnie McGrew, Financial Services Specialist; Cindy Jones, Financial Services Representative; and Jodi Gilliland, Financial Services Representative for outstanding achievement for closing the most new operating and machinery loans for the month.
"At Farm Credit Services we work to show the value we bring to the farm. We believe our customers recognize that doing business with someone you trust and someone who knows agriculture pays dividends,” said Loren Leskis, Senior VP of Field Operations. “We want to convey that value to our new customers, as well,” he said.
The Association’s Decatur Branch office and the Red Bud Branch office were
runners up in the monthly operating and machinery loan competition. Farm Credit Services of Illinois is a farmer-owned cooperative offering financial products and services to the farmers and rural residents of the southern 60 counties in Illinois, through its 23 branch offices.
