Farm Credit Services of Illinois Names November Life Insurance Sales Leader Champaign, Illinois, December 10, 2003 – Terry Leitschuh, Farm Credit Services of Illinois Vice President of Financial Services for the Highland branch, which services Bond and Madison counties, has won the Association’s Top Pedigree Award for the third consecutive month. The award honors the employee who closes the most new life insurance applications during the month. Leitschuh, who was born in Litchfield and raised near Butler in Montgomery County, received his bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from the University of Illinois. He began his Farm Credit career in 1984 and held positions in Danville and Belleville before assuming leadership at the Highland branch in 1989. Terry and his wife live in Marine. Farm Credit Services is a farmer-owned cooperative providing financial products and services to the farmers and rural residents of the southern 60 counties in Illinois through its 23 branch offices.
