Loyd Named Farm Credit Services of Illinois
March Employee of the Month
Champaign, Illinois, March 5, 2004 – K. Michael Loyd, Vice President of Marketing for Farm Credit Services of Illinois, Champaign, has been named March Employee of the Month.
Born and raised in southern Illinois, Mike received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Southern Illinois University. He began his career with Farm Credit Services in 1984 with the Farm Credit Bank of St. Louis. He was an independent contractor with AgriBank, St. Paul, MN, from 1992 to 1996, and oversaw the marketing activities of Southeastern Illinois Farm Credit Services until 1999, when he joined Farm Credit Services of Illinois. Mike has a daughter who is a costume designer for the Cincinnati Shakespeare Festival, Cincinnati, OH.
Farm Credit Services of Illinois is a farmer-owned cooperative providing financial products and services to the farmers and rural residents of the southern 60 counties in Illinois.
